Privacy notice
This covers the kerflooey.app website and its waitlist.
01Who we are
Kerflooey is made by Mentalis AI, LLC, a Tennessee company. For any question or request about your information, email support@mentalisai.com.
02What the waitlist collects
Your email address and the time you signed up. Nothing else.
03What we do with it
We send you one email, when Kerflooey is available to play. We don’t add you to a newsletter, and we don’t sell or share your email address.
04Where it's kept
In a database run for us by Supabase in the United States. The website is hosted by Vercel.
05How long we keep it
Until the launch email goes out. Then we delete the list. To be removed sooner, email support@mentalisai.com from the address you signed up with, and we’ll delete it.
06Analytics and cookies
We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies or follow you to other sites.
kerflooey.app doesn’t set cookies of its own. It shares code with Mentalis AI’s other websites, so it also loads the sign-in service those sites use (Clerk). That service keeps its settings in your browser, and its network provider can set security cookies on Clerk’s own domain. Kerflooey doesn’t use them.
07The game
The Kerflooey game isn’t out yet. It will have its own privacy policy, published here before launch.
